Ernie P. is a 4th generation employee of his family’s sheet metal contracting business. Having work experience in financial tech before returning to the family business, Ernie has worked to digitize many internal processes within the company. His experience helping older generations adapt new technology helped the company navigate the sharing of information during the pandemic, and continually strives to improve efficiencies with digital solutions.
