Mark serves as the Research and Efficiency Manager for Dynalectric-Oregon. He came into the electrical industry after nearly a decade in the mechanical space and is passionate about helping improve the daily working conditions for employees throughout Dynalectric and the industry at large. With a background in project management, mechanical engineering, CNC programming, and product development Mark finds his greatest joy in working alongside the men and women on sites and in shops to help take their ideas and turn them into everyday solutions that the entire team can benefit from. He focuses on improving employee’s work lives through understanding their frustrations and then innovating and implementing solutions with them that both reduce these pain points while serving to make their operations easier, safer, and more fulfilling.
