From a young age Justin knew he would be involved in construction – with his favorite toys being Legos and Lincoln Logs. He began his career path with a bachelor’s degree from MSOE in Architectural Engineering Mechanical Systems. While attending school, he started with JM Brennan as an intern. Upon graduation, he quickly graduated into performing other tasks and roles for the company as it grew – from estimating, engineering, and drafting to project management, then to pre-construction services and prefabrication, and finally to his current role as Director of Construction Operations. He has seen JMBrennan grow from around 40 employees to now over 550.
