Leah Cohen
Leah Cohen recently joined Baltimore Aircoil Company as the Plant Manager of their 400-person Milford, DE plant, where she is responsible for operations, supply chain, EHS, continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering, and building & equipment maintenance. Prior to that, Leah was the Director of Manufacturing at Tweet/Garot Mechanical. There, she was responsible for Tweet/Garot’s 108,000 square foot production facility, the manufacturing and supply chain teams, and various company-wide continuous improvement initiatives. Before joining Tweet/Garot at the start of 2018, Leah started her career at Baltimore Aircoil Company. During her first tenure there, she took on roles of increasing responsibility in Lean, New Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain Management.
Leah has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She considers herself a life-long learner and as eager to learn from those around her as from formal training. Leah has experience working within established operations and supply chain teams, and she has experience building teams and functions from scratch. She has overseen the design and construction of a new fabrication facility, initiated and led plant layout projects, an MRP implementation, numerous capital equipment purchases, and team restructurings. Leah has a passion for people development, fostering diversity in the construction industry, and leveraging collaboration to create and implement industry-leading strategy.

Zack Scott is a highly experienced professional in the electrical industry, currently serving as Vice President of the Special Project Group (SPG) and Innovation Electrical Manufacturing (IEM) at Christenson Electric. With 22 years in the electrical industry, Zack began his career as an Inside Electrical Apprentice in 2002 and has since progressed through various roles, including Journeyman Electrician, General Foreman, Project Manager/Estimator, and Division Manager.
Zack's expertise spans diverse projects in Healthcare, Industrial and Green Field Commercial projects. Holding a Master Electrician License in seven states reflects his commitment to upholding industry standards and regulations across a wide geographic area.
Known for his passion for innovation and dedication to excellence, Zack plays a pivotal role in leading and enhancing the success of Christenson Electric's projects within the Special Project Group and the field of Innovation Electrical Manufacturing.
