As VP of Construction Support Operations, Adam Rude manages estimating and preconstruction services in addition to virtual design & construction (VDC), prefabrication, and the ERMCO Service Center. He has been with ERMCO since 2000 and has served in several roles including estimator, project engineer, account manager, VDC engineer and most recently as Director of Construction Services. Under his leadership, the company’s VDC team has grown from a staff of three to the current 15 VDC engineers, providing innovative solutions for ERMCO clients. He has also overseen the expansion of ERMCO’s fabrication capabilities, proactively working with account managers and clients to find ways to improve efficiencies and safety on the job site.

Adam is a Purdue University graduate with a BS in Construction Management with a specialization in Electrical Construction and has been a part of the construction industry for almost 25 years. He serves on the Central Indiana NECA Student Liaison Committee, ELECTRI International Talent Initiative Committee, and is a Past President of the ACE Mentoring Indianapolis Affiliate.
