David Deschaine is the Vice President of Austin Operations for Alterman, responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and project delivery across the Central Texas region. He began his career with Alterman in 2006 as an electrical apprentice in the San Antonio office, completing the IBEW Local 60 JATC apprenticeship program. After graduating, he advanced into field leadership roles while earning his Master Electrician license, establishing a strong technical and operational foundation.
In 2015, David transitioned to Alterman’s Austin office as a Project Engineer and Estimator. He has since held a series of progressively senior leadership positions, including Project Manager, Director of Construction Services, and Director of Austin Operations. Now serving as Vice President of Austin Operations, David brings nearly two decades of industry experience and a deep commitment to Alterman’s values, culture, and long?term success.
