Denise Devine is a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt with over 20 years of expertise in growth strategy and operational efficiencies across industries with a specialty in MEP. Since supporting the construction industry as a consultant, researcher, author and speaker some of her recent accomplishments and efforts include doubling revenue for a mid-sized contractor, participating in national industry research groups on major topics including BIM, RFI’s, and supply chain issues, she is co-authoring a book on AI for the Construction Industry, and she authored the 2024 MEP Innovation Conference Report. To compliment her passion for the industry, Denise also serves as the Chair of Julia Morgan Society, Women’s Construction Coalition and is the Treasurer of CMAA San Diego’s DEIB committee.
