Jen Clark currently serves as the Project Integration Manager at General Sheet Metal (GSM), located just outside of Portland, OR. Jen earned her B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University near Philadelphia, PA. She spent four years as an operations manager for a software training organization. This role deepened her appreciation for the benefits and challenges of implementing new technology solutions and supporting end users through change initiatives. In 2018, Jen joined General Sheet Metal as a Project Engineer. She has since worked on multiple multi-million dollar projects, mainly focused on architectural sheet metal scopes, in both support and project management capacities. After four years in the field, Jen transitioned to internal operations and technology, taking on the role of Project Integration Manager in 2022. In her current role, Jen has been at the forefront of modernizing GSM’s workflows and data collection processes. She has spearheaded the development and implementation of custom CRM and field management tools using low-code solutions. Her efforts have significantly streamlined internal operations, digitized workflows, and created innovative solutions for teams across the organization.
