Lindsay Williams is a passionate and experienced operations and technology leader in the mechanical industry and a military veteran. She served as an Air Force contracting officer, managing procurement and execution of construction and service contracts, before transitioning into the mechanical industry. Starting in a business analyst role at a mechanical contractor, Lindsay learned the ins and outs of the mechanical business from a technology perspective and led many initiatives across the business to improve both processes and deliverables for internal and external customers. After several years of focusing on technology and processes, Lindsay moved into a role as a business leader in service operations. Fusing technology and a passion for people allowed Lindsay to become an industry leader in the RPA and software implementation space. Lindsay moved to Colorado in 2021 to lead Murphy Company’s Colorado Service group and continues to drive process improvement and technology initiatives for the company.
