Tim Viau is a third generation IBEW journeyman wireman, turned Senior VDC manager after almost 9 years in the VDC world. He is a NECA innovation institute alumni (Bell Cohort!) and has dealt with a variety of types of projects from the VDC and field leader perspective and has done a considerable amount of research into VDC Change impacts and how they snowball into larger impacts on budgets.
