Denise is the Partner and Operations Strategist at Steel Toe Consulting LLC, a firm that specializes in helping construction companies integrate and implement modern construction technology and workflows to improve and streamline their businesses. She began consulting in 2013, with a robust track record in elevating operational efficiency and business growth across various industries. Before her role at Steel Toe, she served as the Director of Operations and Business Development for a Union Electrical Contractor, where she launched an EV division, and implemented LEAN methodologies, reduced waste and ensured profitability. She holds an MBA, and BA from Cal State San Bernardino. As an advocate of continued education, she holds certifications in Professional Coaching, Earned Value Management and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In addition, her extensive experience in project management and analytics positions her as a leading figure in enhancing team and company performance.
