Shaabini Alford is a seasoned professional in the plumbing and mechanical contracting industry, with a career spanning back to 2003. She has made her mark by working with two of Southern California’s leading MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contractors, consistently delivering excellence in her field.

Having served as Executive Vice President of Southern California Operations, Shaabini has led large teams across numerous departments with a unified goal and teamwork approach to continuously strive beating the schedule and maximizing profit. Her strengths are contracts, crisis management, risk mitigation, conflict resolution, and cultivating a culture of trust, accountability, teamwork, integrity, leadership and of course fun.

Shaabini is a proud alumna of California State Polytechnic University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology, with a specialized focus on Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. Her academic foundation laid the groundwork for her exceptional vocational journey within the plumbing and mechanical industry.
