Tim Hinson has worked for Miller Electric Company for 32 years and is the Sr. Director of Workforce Development. He started out in the electrical industry as an apprentice, then journeyman, field supervisor, estimator, director of training and now director of workforce development. He has been a trustee for the Electrical Training Alliance of Jacksonville apprenticeship program for 13 years.
